I have created https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-4073 in type “Improvement”, because I don’t think one would classify the current behavior as buggy, just not useful.
Only then did I realize that improvements, in contrast to bugs, cannot have patches. So I just uploaded a patch file and added a comment giving the required permission.
