I get that exception a lot, but only when CHANGING a Collection Reader
component within an already-loaded CPE (descriptor.) If you start with
an empty CPE configuration, the exception doesn't happen. Also, if you
clear all the components out with File->Clear All, then add a CR,
the exception doesn't happen. But if you browse to a CR descriptor
and choose it, when there was already a CR descriptor present, kablam.
