uima Dictionary + Solr 3.2 without internet connection

 Hi .
 I would like to use org.apache.uima.DictionaryEntry for mapping dictionary 
entries into fields of Solr for faceted classifications. But I would like to be 
independent of the internet connection for validating Api key. Is It  possible?
