Annotation: can see it in CAS Visual Debugger and Annotation Viewer but not in Document Analyzer

Dear all,
I'm new to UIMA. I do have a lemmatizer written as primitive AE.
When running it from the CAS Visual Debugger I do see the Lemma annotation,
the same happens when I run it from the Annotation Viewer. However, by
running
the same AE from the Document Analyzer, I don't see the "Lemma" annotation,
despite that it's in the xmi. How can that be? Any idea?
