No, we don't have a deployment guide for Usergrid on AWS. The closest thing we have is a AWS Cloud Formation template and supporting scripts for getting up Usergrid nodes (behind an ELB), Cassandra nodes and ElasticSearch nodes. I have not tested that template is a while, so it may not work perfectly with the latest version of Usergrid -- but you might learn something if you know Cloud Formation and can following the Bash installation scripts.
