not really you could use a node proxy and make it auth the users and password all other calls to your other server but out of the box it not going to work .. Apigee the main sponsor of Usergrid has a service call Api Edge that is built for that but it will cost you but there is a free account .. Usergrid is a baas service its not a Edge Location reverse Proxy ..
