Yes, according to your log, you have successfully captured an image!  
Congratulations on getting that done.  :)  Once VCL has finished capturing an 
image, it attempts to load that same image back on to the same node from which 
it was captured.  It looks like there was a problem with the reload where VCL 
saw another reservation that was still in the database for the same node.  This 
is probably a leftover failed imaging reservation.  It would be a good idea to 
delete any existing reservations from the database.  You can do this by running 
the following from a command shell on the system where you database exists:

echo "DELETE FROM request" | mysql vcl

Also, the vcld -setup utility does not add the new base image to any image 
groups.  You must add the image to an image group using the VCL website after 
the image capture process is complete.  Reservations for the image cannot be 
made until this is done.  To add the image to an image group, browse to the VCL 
website and select Manage Images > Edit Image Grouping.
