For the base image, do I grab the MAC address from the virtual machine that
is currently running or do I generate it based on the requirements below:

For VMware virtual machines, the MAC addresses you choose must be in the
range *00:50:56:00:00:00* -*00:50:56:3F:FF:FF*.
Pay special attention to the upper bound of this range. *00:50:56:40:00:00*
- *00:50:56:FF:FF:FF* are *NOT* valid VMware virtual machines.

So far tonight when I generated the MAC address from the VCL (meeting the
requirement, such as 00:50:56:22:22:0b) and forced (manually set) the
virtual machine to match from the VCL generated, my image process has
failed.

Log:
|image|VMware.pm:get_active_vmx_file_path(1050)|did not find any vmx files
on the VM host containing a MAC address matching vm-10
|3437|3:3|image| ( 0) VMware.pm, get_active_vmx_file_path (line:
