So it seems I only have this problem using Firefox (v55.0.3 64Bit). The “Manage Groups” page shows up fine when using IE11 or Chrome. Is anyone else seeing this problem in Firefox?

The upgrade seemed to go pretty well, but I just noticed that when I attempt to edit/view/modify user groups (logged into VCL as the local admin user), the groups page is completely empty!
