Hello Josh, Thank you for the reply. No, I have not changed any of the VCL code. I found the problem - it was the compatibility mode setting on my IE browser (version 11.239.18362.0). I toggled the F12 Developer Tools setting and saw that the mode was set to 7 not 11. Once I changed it to 11, the new reservation dialogue now pops-up.
