Nam, What you sent from the logs is not the error that happened, but the email that is sent to the user. Please look above this message in the logs for errors that happen there.
It will be something with CRITICAL, WARNING, ect.... Please find information associated with that and send it to the list, if you can attach the entire log that will help as well.
