You don't need the AvalonLogChute. This is a debug level message, because it is non-essential. It is only for backwards compatibility that Velocity's Runtime will by default try to use Avalon LogKit before falling back to other LogChute implementations.
I'm not configuring anything for logging as far as I know. I am guessing this is a default config option.
