Thanks ! Voted. I'm noticing that when I put my custom installs the cluster launch scripts take long time to run and often fails. As soon as I remove them the scripts run without problems.
I will try to use other ubuntu instance with ruby already installed. And customize the scripts just to install the necessary ruby gems.
