Yes.

Good question... but:
 1. You could need to process generated files again
with another plugin
 2. Qdox parser is way cheaper than xjavadoc - so
there is not a big demand to cull source set. 
 3. generated files are usually placed in another
directory so there is no mixup possible

This was done via externalizer module in xd1, and
guess what - there is externalizer plugin  for XD2
having the same functionality. 

It will generate property bundle & message lookup for
you.
