:D i found it, but i guess that i find a bug in XD2 too... I used
../../source relative path (mainly it's relative to build.xml file) and
XD2 works with its relative path, so all files are generating on
C:\source\.....

OK, then it means that it is generating them
somewhere.
Did you tried to search for *.hbm.xml ?

Normally generated files shall go into different
directory....  You are not checking them into 
version control...
