We're using Oracle BPEL Process Manager...    when the WSDL is hand modified,
moving the ns1 definition to the wsdl:definitions element, it works fine.  

Clearly a problem with the Oracle software, but since Red Hat is married to
Oracle at the moment I have no choice but to make the WSDL play along. 
Aside from writing the WSDL by hand, I'm assuming there's no other way to
massage XFires output?
