Hi Vinucio:

The spring reference is way out of date unfortunately.

Also, the lack of mention about importing /org/codehaus/xfire/spring/xfire.xml is a gross oversight on our part. I made it a point to add this to the docs straight away:

http://xfire.codehaus.org/Spring%2C+XBean%2C+Servlets+and+more?nocache
http://xfire.codehaus.org/JSR+181+HandlerMapping?nocache
http://xfire.codehaus.org/Spring+Remoting?nocache

Cheers,
- Dan

Thanks Mika, I got it from Spring Reference, using a context config location classpath:/
But, have you noticed that there's no mention at all on the docs?

    Hey,

    maybe this helps:

    The simplest way to get the xfire def's into your Spring config is to
    import it:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!DOCTYPE beans PUBLIC "-//SPRING//DTD BEAN//EN"
        " http://www.springframework.org/dtd/spring-beans.dtd";>

    <beans>

            <import
resource="classpath:org/codehaus/xfire/spring/xfire.xml"/> <--------------------

        <bean name="echoService"
    class="org.codehaus.xfire.spring.ServiceBean">
            <property name="serviceBean" ref="echo"/>
            <property name="serviceClass" value="
    org.codehaus.xfire.test.Echo"/>
            <property name="inHandlers">
                <list>
                    <ref bean="addressingHandler"/>
                </list>
            </property>
        </bean>
