I recall this being a bug with .NET at some point - but I can't find
anything on it on Google about it. I would look at the XML message on the
wire with something like TCPMon and make sure its valid. If it is, I would
post to the .NET newsgroups about it. The MS MVPs are a very helpful bunch.
