I'd be glad to make the changes if you can point me as to where I may need to
look. I took a stab at it once where I thought it needed to be made,
NamespaceHelper, but while my changes resolved the problem for a schema without
a namespace it also seemed to introduce an undesired effect on other aspects of
wsdl generation for services that did not have an issue.
I'll look it over again and see if I can implement a better solution.
