I solved my problem.
I am using Java Service Wrapper to run my web service.
There is a property in the wrapper.conf file that was set that disabled
UI.
Need to set in wrapper.conf:
wrapper.ntservice.interactive=true
So this certainly wasn't an XFire issue, but since a lot of XFire users
use JWS, I though I'd follow up with solution.
