I've got the same issue (with a different WSDL).
Jaxb doesn't like the attribute combination: minOccurs="0" and
nillable="true"
In you case:
<xsd:element minOccurs="0" name="email" nillable="true"
type="xsd:string"/>
If you remove the nillable="true" the classes will be generating
correctly. I don't know if this is a valid fix.
