it looks correct.

Does the file exists?
org.codehaus.xfire.attachments.AttachmentUtil.getAttachment(AttachmentUtil.java:33)
It couses NullPointerException here.


Try create File object from path then check if file exists and create
FileDataSource and DataHandler.
