I think i've achieved my goal, more or less: i just need to write out the custom
schema for the element.
I've updated the bug w/:
Work-around: i've been able to achieve the right serialization using a "custom"
type, and already existing Soap12FaultSerializer, so i'm not proceeding w/
fixing this serialization by default, which i believe still needs to be done.
