I am using JSR-181 annotations without any services.xml but this is with
the embedded server. Here I register the service classes manually, in
code. If you use the XFire servlet it needs some way to discover the
service classes - how else would it know which services to expose? I
guess you could extend the servlet and do this stuff in code, too.
