Sorry Kiran, I can't say what's causing your error. Have a dig around
the XmlBeans source for your version.
Regarding

The example in my previous mail shows how to parse the XML String
without adding a namespace to it. In fact you mentioned the same way in
your mail too.
I have amended your schema to allow multiple ADDRESSes and attached a
basic app to parse your example string and add another ADDRESS to the
INPUT root element. It might be a useful crib sheet for learning the
very basics of XmlBeans. The code works as is in both 1.0.4 and
2.0.0-beta-1.
