You could have a undo.xml and redo.xml and just save to thouse files before any 
change, 
or you could use the .getDomNode().cloneNode( true ) method to keep versions in 
memory,
or you could serialize the objects you need to undo/redo.
 
I think undo/redo functionality is out of scope for XmlBeans. It's not that 
kinds of problem you would solve using XmlBeans.

I did not find any, any way to do this ? 

My need is standard : 
- creating elements 
- modifying them 
- undo any of modification / creation /delete 
- redo any undo
