xmlbeans 2.1.0 NOT WORKING!!! on windows ?

I also went through a suggested solution on the FAQ page which is suggesting moving the JDK files one level up: http://wiki.apache.org/xmlbeans/XmlBeansFaq#scompFindingJavac
