I think is not possible, but you can use the next approach. Use anyType type inside tags you won't need to be generated. Then generates another xsd with content that will go inside anyType. So with Xml you can validate both, but only tags outside anytype are generated by xml beans. Don't know if you understand me. Ask me without any problem.
