FW: Replace the HBase default Zookeeper

Hi,
  Our HBase cluster have been working on the HBase default Zookeeper for six 
months. Now I want to use the independent Zookeeper to replace the default.
  Can I replace it directly or I have to re-build the HBase cluster and move 
the data from the old cluster to the new one? Is there any best practice?
