Summary of changes:
When gcc-45 is installed, its libraries are ahead of gcc-3's on the default
library search path. gcc-3 provides libgcc_s_[amd64|sparcv9].so as a link to
libgcc_s.so while gcc-45 does not. I added the link to gcc-45 to maintain
backwards compatibility with gcc-3.

Looks good to me, and manually adding the link (as you added to the bug report
workaround) fixes the build of the X consolidation packages using gcc-3.
