I am nearly OK with it. Just question - is it good to do it also for
"V2.2" string in case of Apache and its modules? I think major.minor
should stay in case of Apache (and other SW which is develivered in
several different major.minor versions).
Good question. I'm easy either way on this. Norm, what
would you like to see here?
I'm not Norm but I think the version number is superfluous in all of
the legacy action's "name" and "desc" fields and should be avoided.
Remember, the legacy action's primary use is allow third-party SVR4
packages to declare dependencies on the OS packages. Other than the
"pkg" field of the action, the rest isn't strictly necessary.
