Could I please get a code review for my fix for:
6760554 line missing from several tk man pages

It might be easier just to look at the new patch file:

(I've no idea why these patches are numbered, but I kept with
the same convention).

Also (just in case it should come up), I know about:
7073773 mangler needs to renumber man pages

which will be a cross-consolidation solution for problems such as:
7051216 tcl man pages are placed in man3tcl dir, but marked as from
section 3

but I believe this man pages fix is slightly different.
