This is an escalation from an external customer.
But I'm still awaiting legal approval so no terrible rush.
Hence my gawk.license file is not totally correct yet so a little
more work to do there.
The license changes from GPLv2 to v3.
I'm fixing this by revving the component but not to the latest
4.0.0 release because of incompatibilities.
The patch is no longer need as configure picks this up correctly now.
Full builds and packages are in my workspace on:
