The Council has spoken and we have moved the Userland build machines to s11u1_09. The public build machines will move as I can reboot them. I've putback some changes needed to enable this, and while most work on current bits (but are required for building on 009), note that:
- the python27 change won't build on previous bits (it must match up with the autconf it expects). so if you have to stay on older bits undo that change temporarily. - you may need to install automake-111, or remind me to if I've forgotten on one of the public machines. you might also want to install xz since new/updated things might need it for uncompressing.
