With my push of:
7135985 Upgrade Doxygen to 1.7.6.1
this morning to build 13 of the Userland gate the Doxygen version will
be 1.7.6.1, an upgrade from the version 1.5.7.1
When you install s11u1build13 or when build 13 of Userland becomes part
of the CBE/loaded on your install/build servers you will get this new
version of Doxygen. If you generate documentation for components in a
gate your packaging may need updating if it is static or manually
updated i.e. I have updates to some .p5m files for Userland components,
see the CR's below. I've heard that other consolidations like Desktop
might generate their packaging dynamically so it might not be a problem
for them. In any case I contacted them separately about this. Regular
users of Doxygen should only see minor differences if they notice any
difference at all.
That being said there are a lot of bug fixes and some minor features
with the upgrade, you can find more information here:

You can see diffs of generated documentation (the file differences at

7154608. I've got their fixes in progress and hope to send out for
review early next week so that I can push those changes when acceptable.
