Please see Bugster CR - evaluation note and comments for more info. I'm running the fixed snmpd for 3 days already, trialing the test case permanently in a loop, without any core dump (unfixed snmpd coredumps after several cycles). I'm also watching the snmpd memory size (ps -ef -o fname,pid,vsz | grep snmpd) to be sure there're is no memory leak regression.
