None at all. (Not that the package should exist either, but the
current Oracle policy is that packages containing only Oracle created
IP are distributed without a license in the individual package so you
don't have to update it when the license changes, nor have to distribute
separate versions of the package for free downloads via OTN vs. customers
with paid licenses, since those are differently licensed.)
