You can turn off specific messages on specific actions by adding
attributes like
pkg.linted.pkglint.dupaction001.1=true
pkg.linted.pkglint.dupaction010.2=true
You can also turn off all checking with
set pkg.linted=true
in the manifest, but I would recommend that you take a close look at
the messages before you turn them off. The dupaction messages are
going to occur when you rename a package or move content around
because the reference repo has the offending file actions in another
package.
So, I guess what I should have asked was:
On renaming a package, are dupaction pkglint errors are expected to occur?
