- Some obsoleted APIs are removed from mapfile as it was earlier
discussed in PSARC/2006/290. Plus few other similar cases. See removed
patches: 03.globals.patch and 04.libxml2-01-remove-static.patch.
- Many patches are removed as these fixes are part of new version.
- Several new patches are introduced to fix problems in new version.
- Man pages from community are used instead of our copy.
