Thank you for looking at it! Unfortunately testing revealed some problem
which had to be resolved.
New wget version will pickup gnutls instead of openssl if it has such
choice (so far wget was using openssl). Unfortunately wget with gnutls
doesn't work with secure connections. It reports following:
GnuTLS: Decryption has failed.
Unable to establish SSL connection.
Therefore I'm enforcing openssl. Plus I added some comments to allow
better testing.
