Thanks Ralph, but I have the xpatch stuff working. I have gathered from different discussions that I don't *need* to patch during my build, that there is some way to include my own .xconf files in the final cocoon webapp. Am I on glue?

I have been googling about, and gave marctheaimsgroup a search, but haven't seen the discussions on this happening. can someone point me to a doc, or tell me how to utilize this functionality?
