Are you still having problems with this?
 
I'm not intimately familiar with the build process, however you could try removing the STX block from the build if you don't intend
upon using it.
 
Uncomment the line: #include.block.stx=false from <cocoon-dir>/blocks.properties, type 'build clean', and then try rebuilding. Of
course this may just reveal a deeper problem with your build environment, if so we can deal with that when we come to it.
 
BTW I'm assuming that you're just doing a 'straight' cocoon build and haven't already made any modifications to any of the build
configuration files?
