So… dotCMS are doing something very odd using a hacked version of OSGi/Felix. 
Mad! It’s possible they are also using a hacked version of bnd in their Gradle 
builds.

It may be possible to turn off this error message with the -fixupmessages 
instruction in bnd: http://bnd.bndtools.org/instructions/fixupmessages.html 
<http://bnd.bndtools.org/instructions/fixupmessages.html>.
