On adding the declarative services bundle, I ran across the following: Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: *** Class 'org.osgi.service.cm.ConfigurationListener' was not found. Bundle org.apache.felix.scr [7] does not import package 'org.osgi.service.cm', nor is the package exported by any other bundle or available from the system class loader. *** Some checking online indicated that I needed the configuration admin bundle.
