Indeed, that "opensips-cli" addition was completely missed during this
year's major release of 3.5.
I've pushed a quick-fix on the opensips-cli, so it should make it into
the nightly build later today.
Also, I documented this step into our release process, so we don't run
into the same problem in the future.
