Thanks for pointing this up. I updated the docs, but the online html
will be re-generated by tomorrow.
In terms of migration there is nothing to be mentioned IMHO - the
"migrate" DB tool is taking care of that (by adding the new column).
Also the presence of the column is backward compatible, you don;t even
have to be aware of its existence. If you feel like something useful can
be mentioned, please pass me the paragraph and I will copy it into the
migration page.
