+1 The BYE request is constructed as would any other request within a dialog, as described in Section 8.1.1. […] The Request-URI, To, From, Call-ID, CSeq, Max-Forwards, and Via header fields MUST be included in a BYE request. A Contact header field MAY be included in a BYE request.
