It's look like a bug, Scilab always use the http_get method now ! I tried to
enforce the usage of the curl binary and it failed !
--> atomsSetConfig('downloadTool', "curl")
ans =
1.
--> atomsGetConfig
ans =
useProxy = "False"
downloadTool = "curl"
Verbose = "True"
--> atomsSystemUpdate
