Well it is quite simple Mr. Carsten Manshusen When you subscribed to the mailing list you used some email, let's say you used [EMAIL PROTECTED] for the first time.
Now you want to unsubscribe you simply send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] So, your reply is that you are unsubscribing from an account that is not longer in the mailing list, that is what the manager is telling you. The email [EMAIL PROTECTED] is not in their records. I had something similar. I was using [EMAIL PROTECTED] when I subscribed, but then I changed to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (corporate changing) and I no longer could send messages to the list, thus I had to unsubscribe and subscribe again. I sent an email from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and got a reply that [EMAIL PROTECTED] is not in the mailing list (fortunately, both accounts kept on receiving), then I tried another strategy. From [EMAIL PROTECTED] I sent to this [EMAIL PROTECTED] but unfortunately the request was rejected, thus I used my Yahoo! Account to send to the latter email and voila, the account was unsubscribed. The point is, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]@myfaces.apache.org with your original user email address.
