[SOGo] Setting SOGoMailHideInlineAttachments to 0 for all users

Hi there!

I'd like to set SOGoMailHideInlineAttachments for all users, but avoid
directly manipulating the database. Is there some CLI for SOGo I'm not aware
of that could do the job or some other way to do this?
